PARENTAL SELF-CARE WITH INSPIRATION FROM THE ELEMENTS

I am the type that tends to kind of overlook myself frequently, and it's something I'm working on because when I am taking care of myself, I'm at my best. When I am taking care of myself, I am parenting. I am working. I am expressing myself creatively."
